Wirada and Villas' house is very clean and beautifully decorated in a simple style. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family's cooking needs. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and each is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The children love the swimming pool. The house is very close to Maya Shopping Mall on Nimman Road, just a five-minute walk away. There's also a very good value Japanese restaurant nearby, offering delicious and affordable food. There's a 7-11 at the entrance of the alley, making transportation very convenient, whether visiting the Old City or famous attractions like Doi Suthep. In addition, I saw the house cleaning on site and it was very careful and thorough, and the hygiene was very clean. My family of six spent a wonderful week at this house.

Great villa for two families! Lots of space in the house and kids loved the pool which is sizeable. The host is very responsive and helpful with all your needs. Location is great, only 15 minutes from Old Town. Would highly recommend!!

The villa is very clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The air conditioning is powerful yet quiet, the bedding is soft and fresh and there are plenty of towels. Basic essentials like cleaning wipes, tissues, drinking water, salt, and pepper are also provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a few restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. A shopping mall is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. Wirada is a fantastic host. She is friendly, responsive and always willing to help. She generously allowed us to check in early to fit our travel schedule. She can also easily arrange taxis or local excursions when needed. One thing to note: the pool doesn’t offer complete privacy. The neighbors have some windows overlooking it and the gate has small openings. Still, our kids had a great time in the water and the inflatable pool toys that were provided made it extra fun. We would love to come back!
