This place is a little bit outside of old town, but so worth the value for the quiet and calm. Easy and cheap transit to anywhere in Chiang Mai. Comfortable beds in all rooms. Three story layout left some room for our group to gather on floor 1, but for quiet time and privacy on the bedroom floors. Super host with great communication and flexible arrival (our train arrived in the middle of the night and we had no problem to check-in)

Stayed with kids and had an amazing time. The house is very clean and the daily housekeeping made the experience feel like a hotel - we had our towels changed daily, trash taken out, beds made, and utensils/cutlery washed. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and about 25 minutes drive to most places. Wirada is very responsive and recommended an excellent driver.

Nice house. Great location - close to One Nimman and Maya mall. It’s definitely worth the value. The host is responsive. The only con is the hot water and the water pressure. You need to reduce the water pressure to get hotter water. In general, the house is excellent

Really enjoyed our stay as a group of five. The location made it easy to get around, plenty of bike rentals nearby, close to the shopping mall, and just minutes from Nimman Street for great food. A comfortable, convenient base for exploring the area. We’d definitely come back and try other rentals from this host.

Very private enclosed space. The road to the property does feel very narrow but the locals are all very friendly and after the first day you get used to it. A little bit out of the main area but a quick and easy Grab or Bolt will get you where you need to go with no issues, and it was easy getting food delivered when needed. The pool was great to kick back and relax around, would definitely recommend this and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is convenient just a short distance from Maya Mall and easy to go around the city. There’s also a nearby laundry shop that offers folding services, which was a nice bonus. Wirada was very responsive and accommodating, even helping us arrange drivers for our day trips. Highly recommended!

Wirada and Villas' house is very clean and beautifully decorated in a simple style. The kitchen is fully equipped for a family's cooking needs. Each room has its own en suite bathroom, and each is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The children love the swimming pool. The house is very close to Maya Shopping Mall on Nimman Road, just a five-minute walk away. There's also a very good value Japanese restaurant nearby, offering delicious and affordable food. There's a 7-11 at the entrance of the alley, making transportation very convenient, whether visiting the Old City or famous attractions like Doi Suthep. In addition, I saw the house cleaning on site and it was very careful and thorough, and the hygiene was very clean. My family of six spent a wonderful week at this house.

Great villa for two families! Lots of space in the house and kids loved the pool which is sizeable. The host is very responsive and helpful with all your needs. Location is great, only 15 minutes from Old Town. Would highly recommend!!
