Welcome to our stunning 3-story, 4-bedroom townhouse in a luxurious new neighborhood! This spacious retreat boasts one king-sized bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms, and a room with two cozy single beds, making it perfect for groups of up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms come with their own private en-suite bathrooms, adding extra convenience and privacy. Each room has a BIG Smart TV . In the common area, you'll find a large TV with Netflix, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open layout of the house provides ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. We are partnered with a beautiful resort near us and our guests can enjoy free access to the gorgeous swimming pool and chill out on the grass area (5 minutes walk). You will receive a towel and a bottle of water for each person once a day. Near the pool there is an air conditioned coffee shop and a restaurant to cool down. Please note that we don't have a private swimming pool, in order to get there you need to walk to the resort which you have a free access to. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, you'll have easy access to shops and nearby attractions, making your stay both convenient and enjoyable. Other Details to Note
- Guests who book longer than one week will get free weekly cleaning and transport from the Airport of Chiang Mai (CNX). - Essentials like toilet paper, toothpaste are limited as welcome gift, after used away please provide from shop - If you travel with a baby I can arrange a cot for the little guests comfort. - I give huge weekly and monthly discounts! - we can arrange activities such as elephant sanctuary visit, thai cooking classes etc. - you need to empty he big trashcans in front of the house yourself. we will give instructions how to do it easily - This is a tropical country and there are mosquitos. Don't leave the doors downstairs open and the windows upstairs to avoid the mosquitos. In any case we place in the house some mosquito repellent devices. But in case you let the mosquitos in you should accept it, and use mosquito repellents :]
